What guests loved:
Perfect location, near by bus stop and tram stop. The room was perfect size, clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Areas for improvement:
There could be a bottle of water provided in the room. It is 4 starts hotel. There was a bar in hotel but we never seen a person working there. So we couldn't order anything from there.

The rooms were clean. The personnel was very respectful and helpful. Great location, very close to the train and bus stations. You can get from the train station to the hotel by a 20-30 minute walk
Areas for improvement:
The vanity set didn’t include the q-tips and cotton pads, this was the only issue, since I don’t usually bring them with me

Staff were really accommodating and when i asked for special requests for my girlfriends birthday they deliver with a gorgeous bunch of flowers and a lovely cake

Incredibly convenient to Venice with the ease of being outside. Saw so many people dragging luggage inside Venice which is misery. We pulled right up to hotel door to unload car. Very close to gas st...
Areas for improvement:
Lobby decor is peculiar. The rooms/hallways are very simple and modern but the lobby is traditional and a little strange.
